The Legal Defense of The People

The Legal Defense of the People of Achaksah Nation is dedicated to upholding justice, protecting the rights of our people, and safeguarding the Nation’s sovereignty. Working in collaboration with the Chief, Clan Mothers, Tribal Security, and the Tribal Council, the Legal Defense team provides trusted counsel, facilitates dispute resolution, and ensures that the Nation’s laws are upheld with fairness and integrity.

Our work includes guidance in legal matters such as business, wills, trusts, land concerns, and the protection of individual and collective rights. We remain vigilant against external pressures that seek to undermine our traditions or self-determination.
