HOME OF THE SOVEREIGN
MARRIAGE CEREMONIES
At Achaksah Nation, we believe marriage is a sacred bond—one that should be defined by the couple, not controlled by outside institutions. Unlike traditional legal systems that turn marriage into a government contract, we honor unions through ceremonies that reflect love, commitment, and personal sovereignty. Our marriage ceremonies are designed to be free from state interference, allowing couples to create their own vows, values, and agreements. We do not impose rules or restrictions—we simply document and notarize your union based on the terms you set. Marriage is a personal and spiritual commitment, not a transaction. Your love, your rules, your freedom.
True partnership. True sovereignty. True love.
OUR MARRIAGE PROCESS
Our process ensures that couples create their own agreements while having their union officially documented and notarized. Couples will receive a discount on wedding and reception planning through Party Universe to celebrate their union in style!
Step 1: Create Your Marriage Agreement
• Partners define the terms of their marriage based on their own values and commitments.
• The agreement can include roles, responsibilities, spiritual beliefs, or any other personal arrangements.
• This agreement is not dictated by Achaksah Nation or any external authority—it is entirely up to the couple.
Step 2: Choose Your Ceremony
• Couples may have a traditional, spiritual, or customized ceremony that reflects their culture and beliefs.
• Ceremonies can be performed by a spiritual guide, elder, or a chosen officiant.
• The ceremony serves as a sacred acknowledgment of the union.
Step 3: Documentation & Notarization
• After the ceremony, the couple’s agreement and union are officially documented within Achaksah Nation.
• The document is notarized for just $10 per person to certify its authenticity and recognition within the Nation.
• This ensures that the union is recorded without state interference.
Step 4: Marriage Recognition & Celebration
• The couple receives an Achaksah Nation Marriage Certificate as a symbol of their commitment.
• Their union is recognized within Achaksah Nation and by those who honor the sovereignty of self-determined marriages.
